Quality
Whilst we are exceptionally confident about our product, in addition to our standard warranty all our new homes come with a 10-year structural defect warranty from a provider such as NHBC, BLP or Premier Guarantee which are all accepted by the Council of Mortgage Lenders.
Land
Our Land and Planning team is constantly seeking new development opportunities of all sizes and values, with or without planning permission. We are able to activate finances swiftly due to our self-governing management structure and move forward with decisions without delay.
